A bright, crisp, and easy-drinking IPA. Fermented at cold temperatures with lager yeast to impart that pilsner character, and fruity, dry hops that add complexity without overwhelming the palate. This beer is perfect for newcomers to IPA or for IPA enthusiasts seeking a refreshing option on warm summer days. If you’re struggling to find terrified rice, you can substitute it with torrefied maize. While this will slightly alter the taste towards maize, it’s usually not noticeable in this beer. Gelatin can be replaced with other finings. Additionally, the beer clears beautifully when cold-crashed for a while. However, be cautious that lagering for an extended period might diminish the hop flavor.
